We are becoming fatter and heavier in the United States! The American College of Sports Medicine, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the American Heart Association have all shown this, so I won't go into all of the numbers here. Just believe me when I say that we're becoming fatter as a nation.
There are more gyms, personal trainers, and fitness information items than ever before, so how can this be? There are a few things we know for certain:

A personal trainer's job is to design a workout programme specifically for you. To determine your current physical capabilities and limitations, as well as your long-term fitness goals, they will design a workout routine around them. After that, they'll monitor your performance to make sure it's flawless in terms of biometrics. That's what a fitness trainer is educated and trained in.. If they go above this level of performance without having received the appropriate training and education, they are acting beyond the scope of their trainer's authority.

An individual fitness coach will assist you in developing your personal fitness plan, while you work with a personal trainer to implement the necessary methods to achieve your goals.
